Intake form & bloodwork review
We email you a secure intake form. If you've had bloodwork in the last 12 months, upload the results inside the form and your physician will review them first. If your existing labs cover what's needed, no new draw is required — otherwise your physician orders the appropriate panel at a local testing center.

Telehealth Good Faith Exam & clearance
A brief telehealth Good Faith Exam with licensed medical staff — California law requires this clinician examination before any telehealth prescription. Dr. Tseng then reviews the exam notes, your intake, history, labs, and goals, and grants medical clearance. Once cleared, Adrienne RN sends you a few protocol options Dr. Tseng has prepared; you pick the level you want, and Dr. Tseng writes and signs the prescription.

If your physician prescribes therapy, a licensed 503A pharmacy ships your protocol with a home injection kit and recorded RN-led injection-technique video.

What does the $50 Application include?
The $50 Application is how you apply to join the program — a patient intake and health screening process. It includes a secure health-history form, a brief telehealth Good Faith Exam with licensed medical staff (California's legal requirement before any telehealth prescription), Dr. Tseng's review of your intake, the exam notes, and your labs (he can also review bloodwork you upload from the last 12 months), his medical clearance, and the initial protocol options he prepares. Adrienne RN is your direct point of contact throughout onboarding and as a member. The $50 fee is credited to your first month for members who enroll in Beauty Bank Plus.
Which states do you serve?
California. Bookings outside California are paused until our physician licensing expands.
Is bloodwork really required?
Yes — baseline bloodwork is required before any peptide prescription. To save you a step, you can upload any lab results from the last 12 months inside your intake form; if your existing panel covers what your physician needs, no new draw is required. Otherwise your physician orders the appropriate panel and you complete the draw at any blood-testing center near you. Labs are repeated periodically while you are on therapy. Mobile in-home draws are launching for Orange County clients.
What if I am not a candidate?
If your physician determines peptide therapy is not appropriate based on your history or labs, we refund the $50 application fee in full. We will not ship a peptide your labs say you should not take.
How long until I receive my first shipment?
Most members receive their first shipment within 5 to 10 business days after bloodwork review and protocol sign-off. Shipments are cold-chain when required and arrive with a home injection kit and access to a recorded RN-led injection-technique video.
