The peptide world has a credibility problem. We don't.

Real prescriptions, real pharmacy

Every protocol is signed by a licensed physician and dispensed by a licensed 503A pharmacy. No "research use only" disclaimers. No gray-market vials.

Bloodwork before any peptide

We will not ship a peptide your labs say you should not take. Baseline panel at LabCorp before your first prescription, and again every quarter.

Hospital-trained RN support

Our nursing team has ER and Critical Care backgrounds. A recorded RN-led injection-technique walkthrough is included with every member's first shipment.

A Guide to Peptide Therapy

Precision cellular signaling, across four categories.

Peptide therapy uses short chains of amino acids to signal specific biological responses at the cellular level. Most physician-supervised programs cluster around four categories of goals. Whether any specific therapy is appropriate for you is a medical decision your physician makes after your Good Faith Exam and bloodwork.

Aesthetics & Anti-Aging

Goals in this category focus on signaling pathways associated with collagen and elastin support for firmer, more even-looking skin.

Patients exploring skin quality, hair density, and visible signs of aging are evaluated here. Often paired with our Morpheus8 and Lumecca aesthetics programs.

Recovery & Tissue Repair

Goals here center on the body's healing and recovery pathways for joint, tendon, and soft-tissue resilience.

Suited to active patients and those recovering from training loads or injury. Availability of specific therapies in this category depends on current regulatory status and your physician's evaluation.

Metabolic Optimization

Goals in this category involve appetite regulation, fat metabolism, and metabolic-health markers for body composition.

Appropriate for qualifying weight-management patients after clinical evaluation. Eligibility is determined by your physician based on history, goals, and bloodwork — not everyone qualifies.

Performance & Vitality

Goals here support natural growth-hormone rhythm and cellular energy production for energy, recovery, and cognitive output.

Chosen by executives and athletes optimizing for output and longevity. Frequently combined with our NAD+ and Glow IV protocols.

Soothe IV does not advertise specific medications. The therapies appropriate for you — if any — are identified privately by your physician during your Good Faith Exam, based on clinical indication and current bloodwork, and shared with you in your patient consultation.

How It Works

From intake to first shipment — typically 7–14 days.

  1. Book your $50 telehealth consult

Reserve online. We'll text to confirm and send a short health intake. Your $50 fee is credited to your first month for Beauty Bank Plus members.

  2. Bloodwork at LabCorp

Your physician orders the appropriate panel. You complete the draw at any LabCorp location near you (mobile in-home draws launching for Orange County clients).

  3. Telehealth consult and protocol

Your physician reviews your labs, history, and goals on a video call. Together you finalize a protocol matched to your category goals and contraindications.

  4. Delivered to your door

If your physician prescribes therapy, a licensed 503A pharmacy ships your protocol with a home injection kit, sharps container, and RN-recorded injection-technique video.

  5. Ongoing check-ins

Based on your membership type, we schedule periodic check-ins to re-evaluate your progress and protocols. You re-draw labs at each check-in, and can message your physician anytime in between.

Membership Tiers

Three ways to be a member.

Membership is a physician-supervision service: your Good Faith Exam, protocol management, and ongoing monitoring. Any specific therapy and its pricing are determined individually after your exam and bloodwork, and shared with you in your patient consultation.

Your Personalized Protocol

Your specific therapy and pricing come from your physician — not a public menu.

Peptide therapy is individualized prescription care. Because the right protocol depends entirely on your goals, history, and bloodwork, we don't publish a one-size-fits-all drug list or price sheet. Here's how it actually works.

You're evaluated first

Your physician reviews your intake, your bloodwork, and your goals in a Good Faith Exam. If therapy isn't appropriate, we'll tell you — not everyone qualifies.

You receive a personalized plan

If therapy is appropriate, your physician proposes a protocol matched to one or more of the four categories above, with the exact medication, dose, and member pricing for your plan.

You see your pricing privately

Your protocol and its cost are shared in your patient consultation and member portal — transparent, itemized, and member-rate. Membership tiers above cover the medical supervision; therapy is billed separately at member pricing.

Some therapies a physician may prescribe are compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. All prescriptions are individualized and dispensed only after physician evaluation and current bloodwork by a licensed 503A pharmacy. Membership covers physician supervision and is separate from the cost of any prescribed therapy.

How We Compare

The Soothe IV membership vs. the rest of the field.

The peptide-telehealth market is crowded with mass-market quiz funnels, compounded discount shops, and local mobile programs. Here is what a Soothe IV membership includes compared with the publicly listed offerings at three of the most-shopped alternatives — including our closest direct Orange County competitor. Two benefits — the 24/7 nurse triage line and the cross-product Beauty Bank credit — are exclusive to our top tier; everything else is included at every Soothe IV tier.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about peptide therapy with Soothe IV.

How does the Soothe IV peptide therapy program work?

Four steps. First, you complete a brief online intake and book a telehealth Good Faith Examination. Second, your physician orders bloodwork at a partner lab near you. Third, after lab review your physician determines whether therapy is appropriate and, if so, builds an individualized protocol dispensed by a licensed 503A pharmacy directly to your door, with a home injection kit and step-by-step training video. Fourth, you check in quarterly with repeat bloodwork to adjust the protocol. We do not ship anything your labs say you should not take.

What states does the program serve?

We currently serve patients in California. Additional states are added as our physician licensing expands. If you are outside California, join our waitlist and we will notify you when service opens in your area.

How does pricing work?

Membership starts at $149/month for Foundation (one protocol plus a quarterly check-in). Concierge is $299/month (up to two protocols, monthly check-ins, quarterly bloodwork included, priority physician scheduling). Beauty Bank Plus is $599/month (concierge benefits plus cross-product credit toward IV therapy and aesthetics, a dedicated RN, and a 24/7 nurse line). Membership covers medical supervision; any specific protocol and its pricing are determined individually after your Good Faith Exam and bloodwork. The $50 telehealth exam is credited to your first month for Beauty Bank Plus members.

What kinds of protocols are available?

Programs are organized into four categories of care: Aesthetics & Anti-Aging, Recovery & Tissue Repair, Metabolic Optimization, and Performance & Vitality. Whether any specific therapy is appropriate for you — and which one — is a medical decision your physician makes during your Good Faith Exam, based on your goals, history, and bloodwork. Your personalized options and their pricing are shared with you in your patient consultation, not advertised publicly.

Is the program medically supervised?

Yes. All prescriptions are reviewed and signed by a licensed physician. Our nursing team is hospital-trained with ER and Critical Care backgrounds. Every patient undergoes baseline bloodwork before any therapy is dispensed, and every protocol is monitored through quarterly follow-ups with repeat labs. We comply with state medical practice standards in each state we serve.

How is this different from buying peptides online?

Research-chemical vendors sell products labeled "for research use only" or "not for human consumption" with no physician oversight, no bloodwork, and no support if something goes wrong. Our program is built around a licensed physician, a Good Faith Exam, required bloodwork, a licensed 503A pharmacy, and ongoing quarterly monitoring. It is medical care, not an unregulated chemical purchase.

Are the medications used FDA-approved?

Some therapies a physician may prescribe within the program are compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Data from clinical trials on FDA-approved medications should not be used to make assessments related to compounded medications. Whether a compounded or commercially manufactured product is appropriate is a clinical decision made by your physician based on your individual needs and current pharmacy availability. We do not make claims comparing compounded preparations to any branded product.

Will I need bloodwork before starting?

Yes. Bloodwork is required before any prescription and is repeated quarterly while on therapy. Your physician orders the panel and you complete the draw at a partner lab location. Results are reviewed before any protocol is finalized. We do not ship anything your labs say you should not take. Mobile in-home draws by our RN team are launching for Orange County clients.

Do you take HSA or FSA?

Many physician-supervised therapy expenses may be HSA/FSA eligible when treatment is clinically appropriate. We accept HSA/FSA cards as a form of payment. Eligibility is between you and your plan administrator. Klarna 4-pay is also available at checkout.

Who is my physician and where is the pharmacy?

Our Medical Director is Ian K. Tseng, MD. Telehealth examinations and prescriptions are signed by California-licensed physicians. Prescriptions are dispensed by a licensed, inspected 503A pharmacy; pharmacy details appear on your prescription documentation.

Can I combine the program with IV drips or Morpheus8?

Yes. Many members combine the peptide program with monthly IV therapy and an aesthetics plan such as Morpheus8 or Lumecca. The Beauty Bank Plus membership includes cross-product credit you can apply to IVs and aesthetics treatments. Your physician will review what is appropriate during your examination.

How long does delivery take?

Once your bloodwork is reviewed and your protocol is signed, most members receive their first shipment within 5 to 10 business days. Shipments are cold-chain when required and arrive with a home injection kit, alcohol prep, sharps container, and access to a recorded RN-led injection-technique video.
