Explore Medspa services →Your physician's exam, review, and clearance; the protocol he prescribes with the medication included; your home injection kit and RN-recorded injection training; diet and workout guides; unlimited RN messaging; and discreet shipping. Bloodwork is the one thing billed separately, at lab cost, because the lab bills you directly at each draw. Pricing starts at $199/month and is set by your prescribed dose band, and your telehealth evaluation is included.
You apply in the form below, complete your intake, and upload any bloodwork from the last 12 months — if those labs cover what your physician needs, no new draw is required. You do a brief telehealth exam, your physician reviews everything and grants clearance, then prescribes your protocol. A licensed 503A pharmacy ships it with a home injection kit, sharps container, and an RN-recorded injection-technique video. Most members go from application to first shipment in 7 to 14 days, and our RN team checks in on your progress from there.
Eligibility is a medical decision, not a checkout option. Adults are typically evaluated against a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher alongside a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or insulin resistance — but your physician weighs your full history, current medications, and bloodwork before deciding. Not everyone qualifies, and your physician may recommend a different category of care. We will not ship a medication your labs say you should not take.
Prescription weight-loss medications can cause side effects. The most commonly reported are gastrointestinal — nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and abdominal discomfort — and these often ease as your physician adjusts your dose. Less common but serious risks can include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, kidney injury from dehydration, and low blood sugar when combined with certain diabetes medications. Some medications in this category carry a boxed warning about thyroid C-cell tumors observed in rodent studies and are not appropriate for anyone with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2. This is not a complete list. Your physician reviews your history and labs and will go over the specific risks of whatever he prescribes for you. Report any adverse effect to your care team; for emergencies call 911.
Yes. Joining online takes about 3 minutes: pick your program, answer the health-screening questions your physician reviews (HSA/FSA cards accepted), and your telehealth evaluation link arrives by text and email within minutes — with your answers already pre-loaded. If our physician determines you're not a candidate, your first month is fully refunded. Prefer a human? Leave your details in the concierge form above and we'll call you instead.
Five steps. First, you pick your program and join online — the short health questions take about three minutes, and your physician reviews every answer. Second, your telehealth invitation arrives by text and email with your answers pre-loaded; upload any bloodwork from the last 12 months, or we order the appropriate panel at lab cost. Third, licensed medical staff conduct a brief telehealth evaluation — included in your membership — then Dr. Tseng reviews the evaluation notes, your intake, and your labs and grants medical clearance. Fourth, Dr. Tseng signs your prescription with a licensed 503A pharmacy; shipment arrives with a home injection kit and an RN-recorded training video. Fifth, our RN team runs periodic check-ins based on your program; Dr. Tseng reviews and adjusts behind the scenes. If the physician determines therapy is not appropriate, your first month is fully refunded. We do not ship anything your labs say you should not take.
Peptide therapy suits two main profiles. High-performance executives and athletes in their 30s to 50s use Performance & Vitality and Recovery & Tissue Repair protocols for brain fog, burnout, and recovery that lags their training. Longevity- and aesthetics-minded adults use Aesthetics & Anti-Aging and physician-supervised Metabolic protocols for skin, hair, healthy aging, and weight management. Which protocol is right — if any — is a medical decision your physician makes from your bloodwork after your included telehealth evaluation. Not everyone qualifies.
We ship nationwide. The entire process is telehealth, and a licensed 503A pharmacy delivers to your door. Dr. Tseng is licensed in nearly all 50 states, and your prescription is written by a physician licensed where you live.
Every city we serve, via telehealth — with dedicated service-area pages for Orange County (Newport Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Newport Coast, Coto de Caza), Los Angeles (Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach), and San Diego (La Jolla, Del Mar). Bloodwork happens at any blood-testing center near you, the process is fully telehealth, and a licensed 503A pharmacy ships to your door.
Programs start at $199/month. Metabolic is from $199/month (compounded GLP therapy for weight management — your physician selects and doses your medication from your labs; Low-Dose $199, High-Dose $299). Advanced GLP + Muscle Stack is from $299/month (Low-Dose $299, High-Dose $499) — concierge-level care pairing your physician's choice of GLP with a muscle- and growth-hormone-support component, with monthly check-ins, quarterly bloodwork included, and priority physician scheduling. NAD+ is from $199/month (Injectable $199–$299, Nasal Spray $249). Elite is $599/month — a fully tailored, custom-blended protocol stack with a dedicated RN concierge, a 24/7 urgent line with nurse callback, and VIP scheduling. Every program includes your medication and the telehealth evaluation that starts it; bloodwork is billed separately at lab cost, and your first month is fully refunded if the physician determines therapy is not appropriate.
Yes. The Metabolic Program starts at $199/month and bundles your physician supervision and the metabolic protocol your physician prescribes into one price, shipped with a home injection kit — no separate medication invoice. Bloodwork is ordered for you but billed separately at lab cost (a one-time charge each time it's drawn). Your exact monthly price is set by your prescribed dose band, and every band has a published weekly dose cap — pricing to the cap keeps titration honest. The base program also includes physician-informed diet and workout program guides. Every protocol is pharmacy-grade — compounded at a licensed 503A pharmacy on a physician's prescription with a Certificate of Analysis, not a research-use-only product bought online. It is for qualifying weight-management patients; eligibility is determined by your physician after your included telehealth evaluation and bloodwork, and not everyone qualifies. Medication is dispensed only after physician evaluation by a licensed 503A pharmacy; some protocols are compounded, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The program carries the same 3-month clinical minimum, then continues month-to-month.
Peptide memberships start with a 3-month minimum, then continue month-to-month — cancel anytime after. Three months is the clinical runway your therapy needs to titrate to an effective dose and show results. The minimum applies to the membership (your medical supervision); any prescribed therapy is billed separately at member pricing.
Programs are organized into four categories of care: Aesthetics & Anti-Aging, Recovery & Tissue Repair, Metabolic Optimization, and Performance & Vitality. Whether any specific therapy is appropriate for you — and which one — is a medical decision your physician makes during your included telehealth evaluation, based on your goals, history, and bloodwork. Your personalized options and their pricing are shared with you privately, not advertised publicly.
Yes. All prescriptions are reviewed and signed by a licensed physician. Our nursing team is hospital-trained with ER and Critical Care backgrounds. Every patient undergoes baseline bloodwork before any therapy is dispensed, and every protocol is monitored through quarterly follow-ups with repeat labs. We comply with state medical practice standards in each state we serve.
Research-chemical vendors sell products labeled "for research use only" or "not for human consumption" with no physician oversight, no bloodwork, and no support if something goes wrong. Our program is built around a licensed physician, a required telehealth evaluation, required bloodwork, a licensed 503A pharmacy, and ongoing quarterly monitoring. It is medical care, not an unregulated chemical purchase.
Some therapies a physician may prescribe within the program are compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Data from clinical trials on FDA-approved medications should not be used to make assessments related to compounded medications. Whether a compounded or commercially manufactured product is appropriate is a clinical decision made by your physician based on your individual needs and current pharmacy availability. We do not make claims comparing compounded preparations to any branded product.
Yes — bloodwork is required before any prescription and is repeated periodically while on therapy. To save you a trip, you can upload any lab results from the last 12 months inside your intake form; if the existing panel covers what your physician needs, no new draw is required. Otherwise your physician orders the appropriate panel and you complete the draw at any blood-testing center near you. Results are reviewed before any protocol is finalized. Mobile in-home draws by our RN team are launching for Orange County clients.
Many physician-supervised therapy expenses may be HSA/FSA eligible when treatment is clinically appropriate. We accept HSA/FSA cards as a form of payment. Eligibility is between you and your plan administrator. Klarna 4-pay is also available at checkout.
Our Medical Director is Ian K. Tseng, MD. Telehealth evaluations are conducted by licensed medical staff under the telehealth requirements of the state where you live; Dr. Tseng is licensed in nearly all 50 states, and every prescription is reviewed and signed by a physician licensed where you live. Prescriptions are dispensed by a licensed, inspected 503A pharmacy; pharmacy details appear on your prescription documentation.
Yes. Many members combine the peptide program with monthly IV therapy and an aesthetics plan such as Morpheus8 or Lumecca. The Elite membership includes cross-product credit you can apply to IVs and aesthetics treatments. Your physician will review what is appropriate during your examination.
Once your bloodwork is reviewed and your protocol is signed, most members receive their first shipment within 5 to 10 business days. Shipments are cold-chain when required and arrive with a home injection kit, alcohol prep, sharps container, and access to a recorded RN-led injection-technique video.
