Terms of Service
Soothe IV Med Spa.
Effective August 18, 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling an appointment, creating an account, or using any service offered by Soothe IV Med Spa (“Soothe IV,” “Practice,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Soothe IV provides mobile IV hydration and vitamin infusion therapy delivered by California-licensed registered nurses under physician supervision; prescription peptide therapy provided through telehealth evaluation with fulfillment by a licensed pharmacy; and in-office aesthetic treatments. Services are provided in Orange County, California and surrounding areas we designate from time to time.
3. Eligibility and Medical Screening
Certain services, including all prescription peptide therapy, require a documented medical evaluation (a “Good Faith Exam”) by a licensed provider before treatment. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone for whom treatment is not medically appropriate, based on the professional judgment of our medical staff.
4. Scheduling, Payment, and Cancellations
Fees for services are due at the time of booking or service. Cancellation and no-show terms are set out in our IV Therapy Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Membership terms are set out separately in our VIP Membership terms and, for peptide patients, our Peptide Membership Terms.
5. Patient Conduct
You agree not to knowingly make any statement about Soothe IV or its staff that you know to be false, or that is defamatory. Nothing in this Agreement restricts your right to leave honest reviews about your experience, to communicate with any government agency, or to file a complaint with a regulatory body, licensing board, or the Better Business Bureau.
6. Prescription Products
Peptide and other prescription products are dispensed only pursuant to a valid prescription issued after a licensed provider’s evaluation. Not all patients qualify for every product. We do not guarantee specific results, and product availability may change based on regulatory requirements or supply.
7. No Guarantee of Medical Outcome
Our services, including IV therapy and peptide products, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Nothing on our website or in our marketing constitutes a guarantee of any particular health outcome.
8. Limitation of Liability
This section is reserved pending review by counsel and is not yet in effect.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy and, for health information, our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, both incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
