Soothe IV Med Spa is the medical provider of record. Our MSO (Soothe Therapy Management CA LLC) handles administrative and marketing logistics; SootheIV Medical CA PC, a California professional medical corporation, handles the clinical work under physician supervision. As a Marketing Affiliate, your role is strictly promotional — you have no clinical responsibility or liability for the treatments performed.
How do I track bookings from my clients as a Soothe IV affiliate?
Every Soothe IV affiliate gets a dedicated VIP booking portal and unique tracking links. Each client booking made through your link or portal is automatically logged in our HIPAA-compliant system and surfaced in your monthly report.
When and how do I receive my marketing fee payouts?
Marketing fees are calculated at the end of each month and paid out on the 1st of the following month via direct deposit (ACH) or check. Each payment is accompanied by a detailed statement of your successful bookings.
Does Soothe IV provide marketing materials for affiliates?

Is there a minimum number of qualified leads required to be a Soothe IV affiliate?
