Neurotoxins
FDA-Approved Neurotoxins
We offer multiple FDA-approved neurotoxin formulations so we can match the product to your goals — different options work best for fine lines versus larger muscle groups, and certain formulations are preferred for clients with antibody concerns or sensitivity. Treatment areas commonly include the glabella, forehead, crow’s feet, lip flip, masseter, and trapezius.
Product choice and unit count are determined during your consultation based on facial anatomy, muscle strength, and aesthetic goals.

Neurotoxin Injections (Botox / Dysport / Xeomin) — FAQ
Is in-home neurotoxin treatment safe?
Yes — when administered by a licensed RN under direct physician supervision, using FDA-approved neurotoxins from authorized distributors, in a sterile mobile setting. The risks Google and the CDC have flagged in 2025 are about self-injection with counterfeit product purchased online, not about RN-administered mobile treatment. Every Soothe IV neurotoxin session starts with a Good Faith Exam, vitals check, and product verification.
How is this different from at-home self-injection kits?
It's entirely different. Self-injection kits sold online frequently contain counterfeit or unregulated botulinum toxin and have caused recent CDC-reported hospitalizations. Soothe IV uses FDA-approved Botox, Dysport, or Xeomin sourced from licensed distributors, administered by a licensed RN under physician oversight, with full HIPAA-compliant intake. Do not self-inject under any circumstance.
How long do results last and when will I see them?
Onset is typically 3–5 days, with full effect around day 10–14. Results last approximately 3–4 months for most clients. Some find that with consistent re-treatment every 3–4 months, the duration extends as the targeted muscles weaken with reduced use.
Which areas can be treated?
The most-requested areas in our practice: glabella (frown lines between the brows), forehead (horizontal lines), crow's feet (around the eyes), lip flip, masseter (jawline slimming and TMJ relief), and trapezius (neck slimming and tension relief). Your provider will recommend the right product and dosing during the consult.
