At-Home Wellness & Weight Management programs are a physician-supervision service delivered nationwide via telehealth. A brief telehealth physician evaluation is included in membership; specific protocols are determined individually after your evaluation and bloodwork, and not all applicants qualify. Medication is included in the monthly price; bloodwork is billed separately at lab cost when needed. If our physician determines therapy isn’t appropriate for you, your first month is fully refunded.
