Soothe IV Morpheus8 pricing in Orange County
Per-session pricing, current as of 2026. Most patients build a 3-5 session plan, spaced 4-6 weeks apart. Your $50 telehealth consult is credited in full toward your first treatment, so if you proceed, the consult is effectively free.

What actually drives the variance
If you are price-shopping Morpheus8 in OC, you will see numbers between $600 and $2,500 per session. The variance is real, but it is not random — three factors explain almost all of it.
1. Treatment area and depth
Morpheus8 is priced per area, and the area matters in three ways: surface size, anatomical sensitivity, and treatment depth. The face is the smallest area but is treated at multiple depths. The neck is more delicate and is often treated at slightly shallower depth with a slower technique. The décolleté is large and often paired with the face + neck for the most-requested premium package. Body zones are largest by surface area but treated at deeper depth with the dedicated Morpheus8 Body tip.
A "Morpheus8 face" session is not the same as a "Morpheus8 face + body" session. If a clinic quotes you $700 for "Morpheus8," ask what area they mean — that is almost always face-only at minimum depth.
2. Session count
Most patients see optimal results with 3-5 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart. The right number depends on your starting point, your goals, and how your skin responds to the first 1-2 sessions. A 28-year-old treating early texture issues may need 3 sessions. A 55-year-old treating significant jawline laxity will probably want 5.
This is why "total cost" is the more useful number to plan against than "per session" cost. A $1,000-per-session promotion is only a deal if you actually complete the full plan; many patients stop at 2 sessions and never see the cumulative remodeling, which usually peaks at 3-6 months after the final session.
3. Provider type
A board-certified plastic surgeon's office in Newport Beach or Beverly Hills will typically charge 20-40% more than a physician-owned medspa for the same Morpheus8 protocol. The clinical work is comparable when both providers use the FDA-cleared InMode Morpheus8 device with sterile single-use tips. The difference is overhead, brand, and how the package is bundled (often with PRP, exosomes, or follow-up products that may or may not be necessary).
The right question is not "who is cheapest" — it is "who is appropriately credentialed at a reasonable price." At Soothe IV, the aesthetic RN performing your treatment, Adrienne Perales, RN, has an ER and Critical Care background and is certified in Morpheus8, IPL, Forma, and Diolaze. All sessions are supervised by Medical Director Ian K. Tseng, MD.
How Morpheus8 compares to other Orange County aesthetic spending
A full face + neck Morpheus8 package at $3,600-$4,800 sits between several common aesthetic price points in OC. For context:
- Surgical facelift in OC: $15,000-$30,000, plus 4-8 weeks of downtime. Morpheus8 is not a one-to-one replacement, but for early laxity it can defer surgery 5-10 years.
- HIFU (Ultherapy): comparable price range to Morpheus8 at $2,500-$5,000 for face/neck, single-session protocol, results emerge over months. Different mechanism (ultrasound vs. RF), different ideal patient.
- Annual neurotoxin spend: typical OC patient maintains Botox or Dysport at $400-$700 per quarter, or $1,600-$2,800 per year. Morpheus8 stacks well on top of neurotoxin protocols.
- Annual filler spend: $1,500-$5,000 per year depending on protocol. Soothe IV does not currently offer fillers other than Botox; see our aesthetics overview for our confirmed treatment list.
For most Newport Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, and Costa Mesa patients, a full Morpheus8 plan represents 4-12 months of what they already spend on aesthetics — and one of the few non-surgical interventions that produces structural change at the dermal level.
Payment, insurance, and HSA/FSA
Wellness and aesthetic Morpheus8 is not typically reimbursed by commercial insurance. A few practical notes:
- HSA and FSA: Morpheus8 may be HSA/FSA eligible when clinically appropriate. Soothe IV accepts HSA/FSA cards as a form of payment. Reimbursement eligibility is between you and your plan administrator.
- Klarna 4-pay: Available at checkout. Splits any treatment cost into four interest-free payments over six weeks.
- Card, Google Pay, Amazon Pay: All accepted.
- Pay-per-session: Soothe IV does not require pre-payment of the full package. Many patients schedule the first session, see how their skin responds, then book the remainder. The per-session price does not increase if you skip pre-payment.
Hidden costs to watch for elsewhere
When comparing prices across OC medspas, watch for these line items that sometimes show up on the final bill:
- Topical numbing fee ($50-$150). At Soothe IV, numbing is included.
- PRP or exosome add-ons ($300-$800 per session). These are real treatments, but they are sometimes presented as required when they are optional.
- Pre-treatment skincare products ($150-$400). Sometimes useful, often not strictly required for Morpheus8.
- Photography or follow-up fee. Standard practice at most clinics is to include this; if it's a line item, ask why.
- Single-use tip surcharge. Sterile single-use tips are the clinical standard. They are not an upsell.

So, what should you actually expect to pay?
If you are a typical Orange County Morpheus8 patient — face + neck, 3-4 sessions, no major body work — your total cost will land between $3,600 and $4,800 at a reasonable physician-owned medspa. If you add the décolleté or upgrade to 5 sessions, you are looking at $4,800-$6,400. Body zones are priced separately from $900 per session.
Any quote significantly below that range is worth a closer look at provider credentials, device authenticity, and how many sessions are actually included. Any quote significantly above that range usually reflects brand premium or a Beverly Hills overhead structure, not better clinical outcomes.
If you have specific questions about the protocol or how it would work for your skin, the $50 telehealth consult is the cheapest way to get a real answer — and the fee is credited to your first treatment.
