Soothe IV Med Spa

Aesthetics & Anti-Aging

Aging well is a clinical project.

Topicals reach the outermost layer. The peptide sites selling “research use only” vials for the layer underneath leave the dosing, the sterility, and the risk to you. This is physician-prescribed peptide therapy chosen against your bloodwork, aimed at the collagen and repair signalling that decides how skin behaves over years, not over a season.

  • Prescribed against your labs, not your skin type quiz
  • Supports collagen, repair, and sleep-linked recovery
  • Designed to complement in-clinic treatment, not replace it
  • Board-certified physician review before anything ships

$50 application, about 3 minutes. Credited to your first month — fully refunded if the physician decides you are not a candidate.

The approach

Working underneath the surface

Skin quality is downstream of things a serum cannot reach: collagen turnover, repair signalling, sleep, and inflammation. A supervised internal protocol addresses that layer, and it works best alongside the in-clinic treatments that address the surface.

  • Prescribed from bloodwork

Your panel informs what is appropriate. Inflammatory and endocrine markers matter here, because they shape how skin repairs and how visible that repair becomes over time.

  • Collagen and repair signalling

The peptide classes relevant to skin quality act on repair and structural signalling pathways. Which one fits you, at what dose, is decided by your physician after your exam — not selected from a list.

  • A complement to in-clinic work

If you are already doing device-based treatment such as radiofrequency microneedling or IPL, this runs alongside it. Your physician will coordinate timing so an internal protocol and a resurfacing schedule are not working against each other.

  • Measured in seasons, not weeks

Structural change in skin is slow by nature. The program is built around a longer horizon with scheduled re-assessment, which is also why we ask for a three-month initial commitment rather than pretending a month is meaningful.

How it works

The 5-step patient journey

The same five steps as every Soothe IV program. If you are already a Morpheus8 or Lumecca patient with us, tell your physician during the exam so the internal protocol and your treatment schedule are coordinated.

  1. $50 online application

About three minutes. You answer the health-screening questions your physician needs to see and pay the $50 application by card, HSA, or FSA. It is credited toward your first month — and refunded in full if the physician determines you are not a candidate.

  2. Text verification and your exam link

We verify your number by text within minutes, then send your telehealth exam link by text and email with your intake answers already pre-loaded, so you are not typing the same history twice.

  3. Good Faith Exam and required bloodwork

A licensed clinician completes your Good Faith Examination. We order your labs to a draw site near you, and bloodwork is required before anything is prescribed or shipped. Labs are billed at direct lab cost.

  4. Physician review and clearance

A board-certified physician reviews your intake, your exam, and your lab panel, then decides whether therapy is appropriate, what to prescribe, and at what dose. A person reads your chart — not an algorithm.

  5. 503A pharmacy delivery, home kit, and RN training

If you are cleared, your prescription is prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy in the United States and shipped discreetly to your door with a complete home kit and an RN-recorded training video walking you through technique, storage, and what to do if something feels off.

About that $50

Everywhere else the quiz is free. There is a reason ours is not.

A free questionnaire is free because the approval is automatic. The $50 pays for actual clinical time on your intake and your chart, and it filters for people who intend to follow through. You are not buying access — you are paying a physician to look.

  • Credited. Applied to your first month if you are cleared and start.
  • Refunded. Returned in full if the physician says you are not a candidate.
  • About 3 minutes. Health screening questions, then your exam link by text.

Medical oversight

Real supervision, on the record

Anti-aging attracts more unsupported claims than any other category in this industry. Everything prescribed here goes through the same exam, bloodwork, and physician review as our weight loss and recovery programs, and nothing is promised that cannot be supervised.

Our RNs come out of emergency and critical care. One of them records your training video, and the same team answers your messages while you are on protocol.
  • A board-certified MD reads your chart

A board-certified physician on our medical staff reviews your intake, exam, and labs and makes the prescribing decision. There is no questionnaire-scoring algorithm approving people in the background.

  • Hospital-trained ER and Critical Care RNs

Our nursing team comes out of emergency and critical care, not a weekend certification. They record your training video, answer your messages, and escalate to the physician when something needs a physician.

  • Bloodwork before anything ships

Labs are not optional and not a formality. We order the panel, review it, and use it to set your starting point and to catch the things that should stop or change a protocol.

  • Not everyone qualifies — the doctor decides

Some applicants are declined, and some are referred elsewhere because a different level of care is the right answer. If you are not a candidate, your $50 application fee is refunded in full.

What you actually pay for

One price, and it is the whole price

One monthly membership covers the medical side end to end, with the protocol your physician prescribes and its medication included.

  • Your physician review

The Good Faith Exam, the chart review, the clearance decision, and every dose adjustment after it.

  • Your prescribed protocol

The preparation your physician prescribes, compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy in the United States and shipped to your door.

  • Home kit and RN training video

Supplies, sharps disposal, and a technique video recorded by our own nurses — not a PDF and a shrug.

  • Nurse messaging while you are on protocol

Direct access to hospital-trained RNs for side effects, timing, travel, and the questions that come up at 9pm.

  • Ongoing monitoring

Scheduled check-ins and repeat labs at the interval your physician sets, so the protocol is adjusted on evidence.

  • Discreet nationwide shipping

Plain packaging, tracked delivery, and refills coordinated before you run out.

The usual arrangement

Most online weight-loss services advertise a low monthly membership and bill the medication on a second invoice. The number in the ad is rarely the number on the statement.

What to expect

Your first quarter

Structural change is slow. Here is what the process is doing while you wait for it.

  1. Days 1–3

Application, text verification, and your Good Faith Exam, including your current skincare and any in-clinic treatment schedule.

  2. Days 3–7

Labs return and your physician decides whether an internal protocol is appropriate and how it should sit alongside anything you are already doing.

  3. Weeks 2–4

If cleared, your protocol ships with your home kit and RN training video, and you establish a consistent routine.

  4. Months 2–3

You stay on protocol through the interval where structural change becomes assessable, with a scheduled physician re-assessment at the end of it.

This describes the clinical process, not a result. How any individual responds varies, and your physician will set expectations with you directly based on your history and your labs.

The point of all this

Aging well, not looking younger

The goal is not to erase a decade in a photograph. It is for your skin, your energy, and your recovery to keep pace with a life you have no intention of slowing down.

  • A woman lacing her shoes on a sunlit terrace before a morning walk.
Moving like someone who intends to keep doing this.
  • An unhurried breakfast on a sunlit kitchen counter.
The unglamorous inputs that do most of the work.
  • A couple in their forties walking a coastal boardwalk at golden hour.
Years of ordinary evenings, which is the actual point.

Every price on this page is a starting price. Your exact monthly cost depends on the molecule and dose your physician prescribes, and it is confirmed with you in writing before anything is charged or shipped. Protocols and pricing are reviewed over time and may change. The $50 application is credited toward your first month on any protocol and refunded in full if the physician determines therapy is not appropriate for you.

Questions

Answers before you apply

What people ask before committing to a longer-horizon program.

How is this different from a good skincare routine?

It is not a replacement for one. Topicals act on the outermost layers of skin; a prescribed internal protocol acts on repair and structural signalling underneath. Patients who see the most from this program are usually the ones who keep their topical routine and their in-clinic treatments and add a supervised internal protocol to them.

Does this replace Morpheus8, Lumecca, or other in-clinic treatments?

No, and we would not suggest it does. Device-based treatments remodel and resurface tissue directly, which no injectable protocol replicates. This program is designed to run alongside them, and your physician will coordinate timing.

Why does an aesthetics program need bloodwork?

Because skin is an organ and it reflects what is happening systemically. Inflammatory, thyroid, and endocrine markers influence how skin repairs and how visible that repair is. Bloodwork also rules out the findings that would make a given therapy inappropriate. It is required before anything is prescribed, and it is billed at direct lab cost.

How long until I would see anything?

Structural change in skin is measured in months rather than weeks, and anyone quoting you a faster timeline on an internal protocol is selling rather than treating. The program is built around a three-month initial horizon with a physician re-assessment at the end of it. Individual response varies, and your physician will tell you what is reasonable to expect for you.

What if I am not a candidate?

Your $50 application fee is refunded in full. Your physician may also tell you that an in-clinic treatment would serve you better than an internal protocol, in which case we will point you there instead.

Are these preparations FDA-approved?

Some prescribed preparations are compounded to order by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy in the United States. Compounded preparations are customized for an individual patient and are not individually reviewed or approved by the FDA. Medication is dispensed only after a physician evaluation.

Can I combine this with the weight loss program?

Often, yes. The Comprehensive Protocol supports up to two concurrent prescribed protocols. Whether the combination is appropriate is a clinical decision your physician makes after reviewing your exam and labs.
