We verify your number by text within minutes, then send your telehealth evaluation link by text and email with your intake answers already pre-loaded, so you are not typing the same history twice.
Telehealth evaluation and required bloodwork
A licensed provider completes your telehealth physician evaluation — included in your membership, with providers available 6am to 7pm PT, seven days a week. We order your labs to a draw site near you, and bloodwork is required before anything is prescribed or shipped. Labs are billed at direct lab cost.
Physician review and clearance
A board-certified physician reviews your intake, your exam, and your lab panel, then decides whether therapy is appropriate, what to prescribe, and at what dose. A person reads your chart — not an algorithm.
503A pharmacy delivery, home kit, and RN training
If you are cleared, your prescription is prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy in the United States and shipped discreetly to your door with a complete home kit and an RN-recorded training video walking you through technique, storage, and what to do if something feels off.

What is peptide therapy?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body. Peptide therapy means prescribing a specific peptide, at a specific dose, to influence a specific pathway — recovery, sleep architecture, tissue repair, or endocrine signaling, depending on the class. These are prescription preparations dispensed only after a physician evaluation, not supplements you can order at will.
Which biomarkers do you actually run?
Your baseline panel covers metabolic, endocrine, inflammatory, and organ-function markers relevant to energy, recovery, and physical output, and your physician may add to it based on your history. We order the panel to a draw site near you and it is billed at direct lab cost, so there is no financial incentive for us to over-order. Your physician reviews the complete panel with you rather than handing you a PDF.
How is this different from buying research peptides online?
A research-use-only vial from an internet vendor has no prescription behind it, no physician deciding whether it is appropriate for you, no verified sterility or potency, and no one accountable if something goes wrong. Everything in this program is prescribed by a licensed physician after an exam and bloodwork, compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy in the United States, and shipped with a Certificate of Analysis available. How often do you re-test?
Your physician sets the interval based on what he prescribed and what your baseline showed; a common cadence is a re-draw at roughly the twelve-week mark, with earlier draws if a marker warrants watching. The re-draw is what turns a subscription into a program.
Can I combine this with the weight loss program?
Often, yes, and your physician will tell you whether it is appropriate for you specifically. Combining anything is a clinical decision made after your evaluation, not something you assemble yourself.
Are these preparations FDA-approved?
Some prescribed preparations are compounded to order by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy in the United States. Compounded preparations are customized for an individual patient and are not individually reviewed or approved by the FDA. Medication is dispensed only after a physician evaluation, and your physician will explain what he is prescribing and the evidence behind it.
What if my labs come back and nothing needs treating?
Then that is your result, and it is a useful one. Your physician will tell you plainly if a protocol is not warranted, and your first month is refunded in full if you are not a candidate. We would rather return the money than sell you a protocol your labs do not support.
Do I need to be in California?
No. The program runs entirely by telehealth and ships nationwide, and your labs are drawn locally to you. The Newport Beach location is where the practice is based.
