Recovery & Tissue Repair
Recovery is a protocol.
You train deliberately, then improvise the recovery — a sauna, a supplement, and whatever a training partner ordered from a “research use only” site and dosed by eye. No labs, no physician, nobody to call when a joint gets worse instead of better. This is the supervised version.
- Protocol built around your training load and injury history
- Bloodwork reviewed before anything is prescribed
- Physician-prescribed peptide therapy, not internet vials
- RN support through the whole cycle
$50 application, about 3 minutes. Credited to your first month — fully refunded if the physician decides you are not a candidate.

- Physician-reviewed
- Every chart read by a board-certified MD
- Bloodwork required
- Labs ordered and reviewed before anything ships
- USA 503A pharmacy
- Compounded to prescription, shipped to your door
- ER and ICU nurses
- Hospital-trained RNs on your care team

The protocol
Built around the load you are actually carrying
A protocol for someone rehabbing a shoulder is not the protocol for someone eight weeks out from a race. Your intake covers training volume, injury history, sleep, and what specifically is not recovering.
Your training load is an input
Volume, intensity, and what you are training for change what is appropriate and when in your cycle it should run. Your physician asks about all of it, and it shapes both the protocol and its timing.
Tissue repair, not a general wellness stack
The peptide classes used for soft-tissue and connective-tissue support behave differently from the ones used for sleep or endocrine signaling. Matching the class to the complaint is the clinical work, and it happens after your exam.
Labs catch what soreness hides
Inflammatory and organ-function markers distinguish normal training stress from something that needs attention before you add anything to it. Bloodwork is required before a protocol is prescribed.
Layer with IV therapy when it helps
Many members pair a recovery protocol with periodic hydration or NAD+ infusions around heavy blocks and events. Our RNs come to you, and your physician will coordinate the timing around your training blocks.

How it works
The 5-step patient journey
The same five steps as every Soothe IV program. Your intake asks specifically about training volume, injury history, and what is not recovering, because that is what the physician needs in order to prescribe usefully.
$50 online application
About three minutes. You answer the health-screening questions your physician needs to see and pay the $50 application by card, HSA, or FSA. It is credited toward your first month — and refunded in full if the physician determines you are not a candidate.
Text verification and your exam link
We verify your number by text within minutes, then send your telehealth exam link by text and email with your intake answers already pre-loaded, so you are not typing the same history twice.
Good Faith Exam and required bloodwork
A licensed clinician completes your Good Faith Examination. We order your labs to a draw site near you, and bloodwork is required before anything is prescribed or shipped. Labs are billed at direct lab cost.
Physician review and clearance
A board-certified physician reviews your intake, your exam, and your lab panel, then decides whether therapy is appropriate, what to prescribe, and at what dose. A person reads your chart — not an algorithm.
503A pharmacy delivery, home kit, and RN training
If you are cleared, your prescription is prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy in the United States and shipped discreetly to your door with a complete home kit and an RN-recorded training video walking you through technique, storage, and what to do if something feels off.
About that $50
Everywhere else the quiz is free. There is a reason ours is not.
A free questionnaire is free because the approval is automatic. The $50 pays for actual clinical time on your intake and your chart, and it filters for people who intend to follow through. You are not buying access — you are paying a physician to look.
- Credited. Applied to your first month if you are cleared and start.
- Refunded. Returned in full if the physician says you are not a candidate.
- About 3 minutes. Health screening questions, then your exam link by text.
Medical oversight
Real supervision, on the record
If you compete under a governing body, bring that up during your exam. Some substances are prohibited in tested sport, and your physician needs to know before he prescribes rather than after.

A board-certified MD reads your chart
A board-certified physician on our medical staff reviews your intake, exam, and labs and makes the prescribing decision. There is no questionnaire-scoring algorithm approving people in the background.
Hospital-trained ER and Critical Care RNs
Our nursing team comes out of emergency and critical care, not a weekend certification. They record your training video, answer your messages, and escalate to the physician when something needs a physician.
Bloodwork before anything ships
Labs are not optional and not a formality. We order the panel, review it, and use it to set your starting point and to catch the things that should stop or change a protocol.
Not everyone qualifies — the doctor decides
Some applicants are declined, and some are referred elsewhere because a different level of care is the right answer. If you are not a candidate, your $50 application fee is refunded in full.
What you actually pay for
One price, and it is the whole price
One monthly membership covers the medical side end to end, with the protocol your physician prescribes and its medication included.
Your physician review
The Good Faith Exam, the chart review, the clearance decision, and every dose adjustment after it.
Your prescribed protocol
The preparation your physician prescribes, compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy in the United States and shipped to your door.
Home kit and RN training video
Supplies, sharps disposal, and a technique video recorded by our own nurses — not a PDF and a shrug.
Nurse messaging while you are on protocol
Direct access to hospital-trained RNs for side effects, timing, travel, and the questions that come up at 9pm.
Ongoing monitoring
Scheduled check-ins and repeat labs at the interval your physician sets, so the protocol is adjusted on evidence.
Discreet nationwide shipping
Plain packaging, tracked delivery, and refills coordinated before you run out.
The usual arrangement
Most online weight-loss services advertise a low monthly membership and bill the medication on a second invoice. The number in the ad is rarely the number on the statement.
- Typical online program
- Membershipplus medication, billed separately
- Soothe IV
- One monthly pricemedication included; labs at direct lab cost
Bloodwork is the one thing billed separately, and it is billed at direct lab cost with no markup, because the lab bills you at each draw.
What to expect
Your first cycle
What happens between applying and being established on a protocol.
Days 1–3
Application, text verification, and your Good Faith Exam, including training load and injury history. Labs are ordered near you.
Days 3–7
Your physician reviews labs alongside your history and decides whether a recovery protocol is appropriate and where it should sit in your training cycle.
Week 2
If cleared, your protocol ships with your home kit and RN training video, timed to your block rather than to a billing date.
Weeks 3–8
You run the cycle while your care team tracks response and tolerance, adjusting with your physician as your load changes.
This describes the clinical process, not a result. How any individual responds varies, and your physician will set expectations with you directly based on your history and your labs.
The point of all this
Training age is not the same as training life
The point of recovering properly is not the recovery. It is being able to keep doing the thing, at forty-five, without the week after costing you the week.

Mobility work that stops being rehab and goes back to being maintenance.
Back out the door the next morning, not three days later.
Fuelling deliberately, because the protocol is only part of it.

Questions
Answers before you apply
What active people ask before starting a supervised recovery protocol.
What does a recovery protocol actually consist of?
A physician-prescribed peptide protocol selected for soft-tissue and connective-tissue support, dosed and timed around your training. The specific agents, dose, and duration are determined by your physician after your Good Faith Exam and bloodwork, and discussed with you directly — we do not publish a menu, because the right answer depends on your history rather than on what you picked.
I compete in a tested sport. Is this a problem?
It may be, and you need to raise it during your exam. Several substances used in recovery contexts are prohibited by anti-doping bodies including WADA and USADA, and eligibility rules are yours to verify with your governing body. Your physician will discuss it with you before prescribing, but the responsibility for your competitive eligibility remains yours.
How is this different from buying peptides online?
Research-use-only vials sold online carry no prescription, no physician deciding whether they are appropriate for you, no verified sterility or potency, and no accountability. This program requires an exam and bloodwork, the prescribing decision is made by a board-certified physician, and the preparation is compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy in the United States with a Certificate of Analysis available.
Why do you need bloodwork for a recovery program?
Because soreness and fatigue are non-specific. Inflammatory markers and organ-function values distinguish ordinary training stress from something that should be addressed before anything is added on top of it, and they give your physician a baseline to compare against later. Labs are ordered for you and billed at direct lab cost.
Can I run this alongside IV therapy?
Many members do, particularly around heavy training blocks and events. Our hospital-trained RNs travel to homes, offices, and hotels across Orange County. Whether the combination is right for you is a decision your physician makes during your review.
Are these preparations FDA-approved?
Some prescribed preparations are compounded to order by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy in the United States. Compounded preparations are customized for an individual patient and are not individually reviewed or approved by the FDA. Medication is dispensed only after a physician evaluation.
What if I am not a candidate?
Your $50 application fee is refunded in full. If an injury needs imaging, an orthopedic opinion, or physical therapy rather than a prescription, your physician will say so — that is a better outcome than selling you a protocol that was never going to address the problem.
Other programs
One physician, one intake, four directions
Every Soothe IV program runs through the same application, the same Good Faith Exam, and the same physician review. If a different program is the better fit, your doctor will say so during your review.
